Service and agreement
Nawati Flow helps organise customers, orders, follow-ups and teams. The public site explains the product; the approved agreement defines subscription, operation and service obligations. The public provider name is nawati.io and contact is office@nawati.io.
Reading the site alone does not create a paid subscription or authorise a payment.
Accounts and business data
Only authorised people may use a business account for its approved purpose. The business must provide accurate information, protect credentials and review access when roles change.
The business must be entitled to process the information it enters. Data and content rights remain with their owners; operating the service does not give permission to publish customer records or use them outside the agreed purpose.
Integrations and assistance
Communication channels and analysis tools require suitable configuration and permissions and may have separate provider terms. Viewing the site does not enable them.
Reports and AI guidance assist review. Check the evidence and context before making a decision affecting a customer or employee. No sales result is guaranteed.
Continuity and changes
Available functions follow the business configuration, permissions and agreed scope. Connectivity, supported devices and maintenance can affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or support terms that are not agreed.
Ending an account, exporting information and retention are handled under the agreement and applicable obligations. Nothing here removes mandatory rights. Applicable law depends on the relationship and facts, not merely the language of this page.
