Privacy policy

How Nawati Flow uses information, respects your choices and handles privacy requests.

Scope and responsibilities

The public service is presented by nawati.io. Contact office@nawati.io about this notice or a privacy request. Browsing these public pages does not require an account or customer records.

A business using a private workspace determines why it records information about its customers and staff. The allocation of controller and processor responsibilities, operational instructions and service terms depends on the actual relationship and service agreement.

Information and purposes

If you email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include. We use them to respond to enquiries, discuss the service and handle support or privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, customer databases or unnecessary identity documents.

Hosting infrastructure may process connection information such as network address, request time, browser and response status for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This public site loads no external advertising or analytics tools. Optional help preferences remain in your browser.

Where the GDPR applies

Where processing falls within the scope of the GDPR, it requires an appropriate lawful basis and transparent information about its purposes. Consent, where required, must be a real choice and can be withdrawn for the relevant purpose.

Applicable rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and safeguards concerning significant solely automated decisions. These rights have conditions and limits; you may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. The language selected does not determine whether the GDPR applies.

Access, transfers and retention

Information should be accessible only to authorised people for the relevant task. A request concerning a business workspace may need to be coordinated with that business without exposing another person’s records.

Integration providers and any international processing must be assessed in the context of the service agreement and applicable safeguards. A public-site preference is not permission to enable a new provider. Retention depends on purpose, legal duties, security and disputes; no universal retention period is promised for all services.

Your choices and requests

Use the footer’s Privacy settings to change optional browser preferences. Refusing them does not prevent reading the site or contacting us. Account security and workspace storage are separate from these public-site choices.

For access, correction or another request, email office@nawati.io, identify the relevant business and describe the scope. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information. Mandatory rights and statutory time limits are not replaced by this notice.

We store your privacy choice. You may also allow this browser to remember how you display help guides. This public site uses no external advertising or analytics tools.
